Bob and Elizabeth King each have been in the hospitality business for over 20 years.

Elizabeth spent 11 years in sales and was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing with the world famous Inn of the Anasazi in Santa Fe during the Inn's rise and recognition rated in the top 25 of the world's luxury hotels year after year during her leadership.  Elizabeth is recognized by the world's strongest corporations and discerning private and leisure groups as a director of Sales and Marketing  that would always take personal care and attention of detail of their special group events.  Elizabeth "retired" from the Inn in 2002 before the it was sold and joined the SFGC to provide her huge skills in operations and for a much better life style living out on the land, taking care of our bird dogs, gardens, riding her horses and working cattle on our best friend ranch nearby.  Today, when you call for assistance, you may reach Elizabeth directly if she is not out of the "office" pursuing her favorite past times.  Elizabeth is in waiting to provide your special group with her world class attention to detail and personal care.

Bob helped open and bring the Inn of the Anasazi to world acclaim for it's first three years honing his skills in customer care handling all of their unusual and expected requests and taking the lead in providing them the finest adventures and services during their stays in Santa Fe.  While employed by the Inn, Bob received the highest recognition by the New Mexico Hotel Motel Association for service before departing the Inn and opening the Santa Fe Guiding Company in 1995 where he could better provide an unlimited level and selection of services to all of Santa Fe's finest guest. Over the past 15 years, Bob has personally hosted the world's top organizations and business groups providing each an unique program tailored to their desires and expectations.  

Bob spends all 12 months of the year personally guiding and leading activities that range from art tours, historical talks and tours, bird and wildlife safaris throughout the Southwest, big game and bird hunt outfitting services, back country skiing and hiking adventures to meeting your special group on the curb and stepping onto the motor coach for the days outing as your private guide.  

The Santa Fe Guiding Company is not your usual DMC being led by an outsider working as a general contractor between you and the local providers.  Bob and Elizabeth are long time residents of New Mexico with first hand local contacts,  inside knowledge of New Mexico and activity leadership skills that provides your special group with a true New Mexican experience.
